They are easily accessible and really down to earth.

Commissions are great and help a lot. Looking forward to merit increase as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
True teamwork - everyone is looking out and helping one another. I enjoy mentoring the more junior workers in my group. Everyone is easily accessible and super friendly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked interacting with my soon to be managers. Getting to meet with them multiple times and getting a sense of their management style was important to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really provides an excellent work/life balance while working home 100% of the time. I am trusted and my work is never questioned. I am not micromanaged like my previous company where the environment was very toxic.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my team for the greater good. I really enjoy establishing client relationships and going above and beyond for repeat business. The people here at CAI make me most happy to be here, they mold the environment.
