What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team has been very responsive to the ongoing changes due to Covid (such as work from home needs) and helping employee through any issues resulting from this.

CAI's leadership listens - to everyone. The hierarchical culture that you find at other companies is not the norm at CAI; any employee can have an open conversation with any other employee, including executive managment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay the lowest they can to stay competitive yet they are able to dig up thousands of dollars in raises if they think you are about to leave.

I would feel better about my compensation if the company would match 401k contributions, or offer some kind of financial help towards retirement.

I am very fairly compensated. Its just that my company is PA based and the benefits are not a strong for me living in DC. I feel very valued.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I've like how the teams have managed to still work together effectively throughout the pandemic. Adjustments were made to support far more remote meetings so we were able to keep moving forward with minimal disruptions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within this contracted team there is a strong ethic around sharing the work so people are not overloaded while making sure we are improving processes

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was conducted just as lockdowns began. But they adjusted and we had one person on the phone, another in the office at a safe distance, wearing masks. I was impressed at how they adjusted to the changes so easily and kept going.

I feel excited to be working on projects that are improving items for our customers. We improve and enhance processes and systems to make the better and more efficient and working towards such results makes me happy.
