Toxic exchanges are encouraged. No push to be truly collaborative. Anyone who speaks up is seen as 'lacking confidence'. A lot of gaslighting while trying to protect those who have forced employees to quit.

The company is focused on selling RVs and ignoring the fact that the pandemic likely induced a bubble in the market. This growth is NOT sustainable, yet they're hiring like crazy to support RV sales.

They need to get better at changing perspectives. Right now all practices being pushed are so antiquated and honestly downright embarrassing. Corporate politics are almost encouraged, and those who are willing to undermine their peers are often rewared.

Men are hired in at a higher wage than their female counterparts. The benefits package is honestly the bare minimum. Expensive premiums that increase with your salary. Discretionary 401K match, despite record sales still to date, have seen no contributions. Maternity leave decreasing every year.
