I think Cherwell is a good company to work for, and I have a great boss and people around me that I enjoy. But I am very under challenged and consistently have to ask for work. The lack of work has me feeling that my job is unstable and makes me question the future of the company.

It's a good culture from my perspective. At the same time, I think we could get more clarity on how the overarching company goals translate into into daily decision-making and prioritization of work.

My co-worker doesn't live in the same city, so our interactions are on video. She seems like a great person and good worker. The people around me work well together, trying to good work and problem solve - and they have welcomed me to the group though we don't work together directly.
