I like how invested they are in their people. They often will sit and have lunch in our main building's cafeteria area with random people to learn about what they do and who they are.

My team is the absolute best. It feels like a supportive group that we can come to vent, brainstorm, try out new things, and have the opportunity to fail without it being a life or death sentence. We are friends on and off Teams and I look forward to collaborating with them
