I feel undervalued because my GM wanted to fire me for fighting for my wages but couldn't, so he took me off the schedule & changed the door codes so I couldn't come in for work.

Compensation is not adequate for the amount of work Cinemark Employees do. Management and floor staff alike get poor pay. Low pay is slightly negated by the relaxed environment and free movies.

My GM made sure that his managers were being paid fairly. Another Cinemark in my city had managers starting at our concession's rate. Besides pay, though, there was literally no benefits to talk about. PTO accrual was pretty much there to not break any laws - 0.23 PTO per 40 hours work. Horrible.

192 days working in one important project, traveling without a proper compensation, also several improvements and money savings were done during migration not taking into account
