Class is exciting and fast paced and I love the vision. Challenging, but a great place to grow. My team is one of the best I've ever been a part of. It has been mentally and emotionally draining at times though. Customer expectations seemed to not have been managed early on and we payed the price.

The camaraderie and culture on my team is great. It's nice to work with them. The rest of the company culture seems disconnected.

Customers are beyond unhappy - facing them without answers or fixes is disheartening. Class was sold to them as being fully functional and ready out of the box and it isn't. Customer trust seems to have been eroded and they're dropping. Morale has plummeted. Coworkers think we're going under. Hope?
