A small yearly raise. offering certifications to help employees improve and grow at their career. Benefits such as going back to school for career advancement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the flexibility is great, i can get my 8 hours or more done with out feeling stuck to my desk

The people are very easy top work with and get a long with. Doesn't appear to be a ton of "office politics" at this stage in the company

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work life balance and respect for time outside of work needs to greatly improve. Constantly changing requirements and endless putting out fires really needs to improve. There seems to be no regard for employee stress levels or mental well being.
