Working with a really talented team to make great things happen.

Work life balance is really suffering right now. High pressure and unrealistic expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rate is below current market. Feel like there is not much regard for employee mental health.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of very talented people on our team. Class employs some of the best of the best.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work life balance and respect for time outside of work needs to greatly improve. Constantly changing requirements and endless putting out fires really needs to improve. There seems to be no regard for employee stress levels or mental well being.
