Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's mostly because the product doesn't work as it should. As you're bring in customers. there are expectations. I feel like we're hearing things are working as an MVP, but in reality it isn't. It's an integrity/ethics thing.

Review from Sales Dept

It's been a year and the software doesn't work. Sales is overstaffed, all other departments are understaffed. Everyone is beyond burned out. The priority is on SELLING not on making a good product that works and that we can be proud of. It's frustrating.

Review from Sales Dept

I don't see a growth path for myself personally or goals to strive towards. I would like to better understand my success.

Review from Marketing Dept

If the product was more stable, we'd be able to build trust with customers, hold each other accountable, and generally be able to be successful.

Review from Customer Success Dept

There is overall a lack of communication and transparency between teams. Information is hidden from certain teams which hinders others to do their job properly.

Review from Sales Dept

I often feel a lack of priority, with everything being "urgent".

Review from Marketing Dept

Customers are beyond unhappy - facing them without answers or fixes is disheartening. Class was sold to them as being fully functional and ready out of the box and it isn't. Customer trust seems to have been eroded and they're dropping. Morale has plummeted. Coworkers think we're going under. Hope?

Review from Customer Success Dept

Making the product fully functional to clients

Review from Customer Success Dept

The company morale is very negative which is impacting my mental health. I am trying hard to stay positive but some days it's not possible. This negativity is now leaking to our customers too.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I think that we need to hire better and have less tolerance for people who are unprofessional/negative. There are a lot of toxic employees that have a negative outlook toward the product and spoil the well for other people who are new or want to maintain a positive attitude.

Review from Sales Dept

My team is very lean, so there is too much weight put on my shoulders that pull me in many directions and I often feel spread too thin.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The "leadership team" is too large and not directive. The product needs to work, and we need customers who are happy. We have too many tasks but too little time to focus on each.

Review from Marketing Dept

Focus on making the product work.
