Since January we have dissolved all of the teams. I don't necessarily think that fosters a strong team relationship, which is so important when working remotely. I think we moved further from team culture and closer to lone wolves culture.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The level of maturity needs to be improved across the company. I have some coworkers with who I enjoy collaborating with and others who have a bad attitude and do not communicate professionally. Leadership from the top approves of this behavior which is disappointing.
