A small yearly raise. offering certifications to help employees improve and grow at their career. Benefits such as going back to school for career advancement.

The "unlimited vacation" comes with a catch: you can't actually use it, you have to be always-on. My manager was slacking me when I told him I was unavailable because I was in the Urgent Care clinic. That's just unacceptable.

I would like a more holistic compensation structure and a higher base. Would be nice to get a gym membership out of it too as well as more happy hours for the people who live close by in cities.

I'm still doing a lot of my responsibilities from my role last year, plus the entirety of my new role. I'm more than happy to help my old SDR team because they need the support, but I feel my comp should've been adjusted. My comp plan also was not what I was told it was going to be.
