I'd like there to be a more open conversation around compensation and what it is needed from me to earn a raise. According to research I've done, I am not paid commensurate with the job I'm doing and my experience.

The CSM team seems to be the only team that has not had consistent promotions, raises, or other financial incentives at Class. despite our tireless work with customers and our demonstrated commitment to building scalable processes across multiple internal teams.

On more than one occasion I was encouraged to be myself. As a person of color, that is rare. I tested out this mindset by wearing a cultural shirt and was met with smiles and positive conversation etc.

If the product was more stable, we'd be able to build trust with customers, hold each other accountable, and generally be able to be successful.

Customers are beyond unhappy - facing them without answers or fixes is disheartening. Class was sold to them as being fully functional and ready out of the box and it isn't. Customer trust seems to have been eroded and they're dropping. Morale has plummeted. Coworkers think we're going under. Hope?
