What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generally speaking the base compensation, stock options etc are nice especially unlimited PTO
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is growing and again cares for me as a person not just an employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being a part of something new and innovative. The impact we can (and will) make on the education market is exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since my first interview I felt valued as a person and as a skilled professional. I feel and know that my manager is invested in my success with Class.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On more than one occasion I was encouraged to be myself. As a person of color, that is rare. I tested out this mindset by wearing a cultural shirt and was met with smiles and positive conversation etc.
