What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at Coalfire?
No difference
How's the vacation policy at Coalfire?
Pretty descent. Unlimited leave up to 4 weeks, and then at manager's discretion beyond that. The down side is that since you don't get PTO, if you leave, you don't get paid for unused time off.
