I am not exactly sure what is the best part for me. I like the idea of getting paid every two weeks and that we get a quarterly bonus.

Comcast has not been quick to react to the position we are in with compensation. Head hunters are actively recruiting myself and others. It is getting hard to justify staying.I would feel better if our leadership was talking about how they plan to address career paths beyond HR software with AI.

Relative to similar positions in other companies in the same industry (machine learning and data science in telecom), Comcast pays far less and this is largely a factor of inadequate understanding by upper management of the skills employees have and types of business problems to apply them to.

Yes I was undervalued. Raises should not be tied in with sales numbers. What is important is that you are helping the customers who call in.

They treat employees like thieves. You steal your pay check. Nano managing employees with metrics. No trust exist.

Because I’ve been there for years and the company’s starting rate is $15 now.. years ago they started me much lower and I Only make $15 hr. with all the raises I’ve recieved and such. Which is not fair or right of the company to do that to their employees who have been their longer and are loyal.
