Everyone on my team is friendly, and they know their stuff - but they are consistently redirected to ad-hoc projects outside of their job description.

high churn rate , constant flow of no experienced or in competent people. good ones either leave or are let go

Employees would be less stressed if people would work together as a team and if the higher management would stop trying to micromanage every single thing they do because all that does is low or a person self-esteem on their worth employees would be less stressed about their work ethic
