Communications are limited and restricted to leadership. With the clear intention to continue to buy more companies, the lack of communications should be addressed. The clashing of culture, goals, strategy when 2-3-4 or more companies come together is a significant challenge for leadership

Don't fire entire teams and then brag about the hundreds of new people you hired in cheaper areas. There is no sense of job security and the culture is largely gone. I am really hoping they turn things around after the acquisition.

Honesty and transparency. They seem so concerned with putting a positive spin on every change, even ones that are clearly unfavorable, that they have lost the trust of the employees. Consequently, their words carry little to no weight until they acknowledge and work to correct this.

Integrating departments better, and not holding one department or team higher than the rest. From the support side, I don't think the company does a good job of recognizing the impact support has on our clients - compensation included.
