Top down. Site level is great but Regional and Area Managers need to step in and go to work so they know what a day feels like rather than parading through a store and putting down the way a display that corporate directed is not up to par.

leadership, it starts at the top. If someone is up for retirement and is experiencing burn-out its time for them to retire. Bad attitudes trickle down, hence co-workers find grudges and resentment towards one another

The people are great and I believe that this new compensation plan that went into place offended a lot of quality employees. We work very hard to jive with the nature of the business. The 30% employee discount is nice and all, but college employees can not afford a lot of what is in the store.

Upper management does not pay attention to the actions of the BOH management they are losing employees because of it and have no clue

Upper management as well as store management that is tenured... needs to be let go... the longevity of employment is holding the company back. In addition, the company does not have a clear marketing strategy or influence
