The company is isolated from each individual clinic, so your experience of the company is only ethereal, via corporate, cultish new-speak with words like TeamMate and the DaVita Way. The company does little to recognize excellence, but also fails at recognizing incompetence.

More balance between prioritizing patient outcomes and staff quality of life compared to profit above all else. Slower initiative rollouts to allow staff to master one change before jumping into the next, causing chaos and rushed, inconsistent/incomplete efforts.

Hiring more experienced clinical staff instead of people with very little to no clinical experience, because they can pay them less. They will squeeze every penny out of you if they can.

insufficient staffing is the the problem with in davita work environment, if there will be a suvey with in every davita employess specially nurses and technicians who is always on the floor, nurse to patient ratio or technicians to patient ratio is not fairly met by davita, patient safety is not met
