They do not care about the workers

I have been at DialAmerica for 2 years and until this new CEO took over, I loved coming to work. Morale among the workforce is at an all time low. The CEO came to our office and did not bother to interact with the lowly agents like the previous CEO did. There is no compassion or understanding now.

I have had an amazingly positive experience working at DialAmerica. The management is stellar and I love my co-workers.

I've worked several different programs and have don many positions. Getting to see the over-all picture of why we do things is great. I've enjoyed my time here the far and look forward to many more years.

I've been with this company Going on 2 years now and I love it. I started as a non licensed phone agent and went on to doing quality and verification and Also getting my license to sell insurance. So I do both talk on the phone selling health ins. & doing quality for homeserve customers &agents.

Its a sales room floor, so we're constantly playing games and tossing candy for sales. We have spirit weeks and potlucks for holidays.
