What do you like best about the leadership team?
Corporate is absolutely the worst now. I'm one of the top agents and have always loved my job,but not now!

A bonus plan every quarter and the vacation days
The schedule adherence bonus makes the pay a lot better and it's a bit more competitive with other companies in similar industry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel a better wage (closer to a living wage) would help me be motivated to give this job my all.

Dial has created an extremely pleasant and motivating work environment through sales promotions.

Its a sales room floor, so we're constantly playing games and tossing candy for sales. We have spirit weeks and potlucks for holidays.
They have certain days we can dress down, they feed us from time to time, monthly cake days, and play games from time to time.
