They do not care about the workers
I have been at DialAmerica for 2 years and until this new CEO took over, I loved coming to work. Morale among the workforce is at an all time low. The CEO came to our office and did not bother to interact with the lowly agents like the previous CEO did. There is no compassion or understanding now.
The person who interviewed me was very friendly
