I've been with this company Going on 2 years now and I love it. I started as a non licensed phone agent and went on to doing quality and verification and Also getting my license to sell insurance. So I do both talk on the phone selling health ins. & doing quality for homeserve customers &agents.

The schedule adherence bonus makes the pay a lot better and it's a bit more competitive with other companies in similar industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They have certain days we can dress down, they feed us from time to time, monthly cake days, and play games from time to time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's very thorough. If you have a difficult time reading the scripts than this is not the job for you. Being able to read correctly and talk on the phone with people that maybe upset if your not good at that then apply elsewhere.
