Dial has created an extremely pleasant and motivating work environment through sales promotions.

Its a sales room floor, so we're constantly playing games and tossing candy for sales. We have spirit weeks and potlucks for holidays.
They have certain days we can dress down, they feed us from time to time, monthly cake days, and play games from time to time.

When you walk in the building the first thing you see and hear is laughing and encouragement. It is honestly the best feeling to work with such amazing people :)
