It was a simple job to explain to new employees and after doing a handful of interviews it was quite easy.

Again just lack of leadership and control at least at the store I worked for. Alot of the employees eventually start doing things there way and dont listen. That starts with training and continuous reminding that things are going to be done a certain way and it wasn't happening

Well most jobs as such don't offer benefits for anyone lower than store Manager and including most of the managers in the company as well as other employees are underpaid. I felt undervalued and other employees probably have before bc managers tend to not stand by there employees to look better

None of them had any stable rules or sense of leadership to follow. I worked for this company for 6 years and had 12 general managers and only a select few really had control of the store. Coworkers should try to use mature actions for work but most don't when the GM tends to be absent in leadership

It's a mess to go to the store. I worried about going in because I thought "I wonder what will happen today or what employee will cause something" all the time for the past year or so I worked there. And I just recently left the company and I'm sure not much has changed in 2 weeks.
