They have a wide variety benefits that the employees can sigh up for twice yearly. They are notified and given a list the available benefits that I believe are generous, including life insurance, starting at the Shift Leader position.

I work as the kitchen cook. We only have one working oven, so when there's a rush, or multiple items of food, I fall behind quick, while my coworkers relax and let the customers sit.

If I'm going to continue to be treated so poorly I expect to at minimum be fairly compensated for it. I currently only take home $150 a week working 3 days a week. I'm also a single mom. If I ask for more hours they intentionally schedule me for when I have parental obligations. Then get mad I can't
