There are 2-3 women in each department that try to establish dominance and a proverbial pecking order. I have witnessed multiple occasions that they have belittled and bullied coworkers to the point of tears or leaving the department. Supervisors have done nothing about several complaints.

Ask us what we think can be done to improve the work environment, work flow, how to be more efficient. Consider our suggestions and concerns.
