I feel undervalued because the culture prioritizes control over support. Instead of recognizing contributions, management uses monitoring and micromanagement to instill fear. Fair treatment, transparency, and respect would improve the work environment more than any compensation adjustment.

compensation for projects that make you work extra hours. Salaried are expected to work 40 plus hours but work load is to heavy to leave early on other days.

Being a Rn that is not full time but flex, I am paid over $10 an hour less then my co workers even though I work full time hours and holidays, weekends, and off shifts.
