¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

10 years ago there was a waiting list to get a job at my local General mills, now they have a hard time keeping enough staff to run the lines. Every year they take more and more from us, from wage bonuses, taking away the possibility to earn a extra vacation day, and attendance bonuses.

I would like stronger health care benefits.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Comunicación · Publicado hace 8 años

Benefits are way below the peer industry standards but I guess the company makes up for it with the culture.

The 'bar' is raised extremely high here at GMI. We are continuously being pushed to do more with less. Would be nice to be compensated for the need to go above and beyond over and over again.

General Mills is not equitable with promotions - it is much more difficult to get promoted based on actual job performance, versus being in a minority group or being part of the "in" crowd. The corp culture respects diversity, but only in terms of race and gender - diversity of thought/style is not

Revisión Review del Departamento de IT · Publicado hace 8 años

The promotion process favors the "squeaky wheel" and can get rather political, which can leave deserving people in the dust. For the level of contribution I've made and the skills I have, I should have been promoted sooner than I was.

Variable portion of pay for managers+ is stock driven and recent stock performance has been below market driving total compensation down.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Diseño · Publicado hace 8 años

I would like to see compensation modeled after the structure of team work and agility that is necessary for our company to succeed. Right now people are pitted against one another, hope that someone has some small flaws/failure that puts them at the bottom 10%. Terrible for trust and collaboration.

Increase tie to my own individual performance versus company performance

Revisión Review del Departamento de HR · Publicado hace 8 años

For a large company, the benefit pricing could be better. I worked at a smaller company before this, and the benefit costs were equal. I assumed a larger company would have better pricing options, but that wasn't true.

Revisión Publicado hace 8 años

Comparably to other companies of the same size and caliber, coupled with my years of experience, I make less than I should within my field.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Diseño · Publicado hace 8 años

I'm not offered stock as an hourly wage earner for yearly compensation.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Producto · Publicado hace 8 años

They treat you bad with little pay.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 8 años

I know others make significantly more than me doing the same job. I am also doing work that qualifies as a level higher at a level lower pay.
