Driver's safety is put at risk everyday. They refuse to spend the money or time to fix equipment. Always playing the blame game on drivers instead of completing regular repairs and upkeep.

i have a coworker out because he is injured and will be out until next year maybe more. I am a BMH, expected to do 12 hour shifts for 5 days and have 2 days off two recover from basic math alone i am expected to work 240 hours a month. I have to constantly complain to acquire help for maybe a day.

Since the transformation from Sprint Waste to GFL, I was excited to work for a publicly traded corporation. But the in-house transformation is not so exciting. A 5-year employee was given the Billing Supervisor position, this person is making my days very uncomfortable. Never had this problem before

they need to show up and speak to drivers and real empoyees. The managers will always lie to them and cover up safety issues.

Managment there is none some people work 60 hours a week and aome that work 30 hours a week and domt hlep anyone else and some people would like to go home ans see their family too

Get rid of them because what theyre doing is illegal 100%. Guys dont even have H endorsments and they still have them doing hazardous jobs.

In general we are all undervalued despite the amount of revenue we make this company. I'd feel better compensated if I didn't have to rely on help from food banks and other out reach programs just to survive and be able to pay rent.

The shop team gets along very well , I work second shift and try not to get involved with first shift or operations because theybare very negative and rude. I dont want to be retailated on for speakkng up, but I wanted to walk away from work yesterday. The GM yelled at us in front of the contractors
