What does the leadership team need to get better at?

they need to show up and speak to drivers and real empoyees. The managers will always lie to them and cover up safety issues.

Communication they need to pay more and move more respectful to the employees

Managment there is none some people work 60 hours a week and aome that work 30 hours a week and domt hlep anyone else and some people would like to go home ans see their family too

managing the business..... not catering to there select friends.. rules apply to some not all..... strive for efficiency! it's not rocket science

Get rid of them because what theyre doing is illegal 100%. Guys dont even have H endorsments and they still have them doing hazardous jobs.

The correct term of Leadership. Not turn co-workers against each other.

It's all corrupt, they need to stop stealing from the company

They are all non-existent - as in they literally do not communicate with us at all. NO leadership whatsoever.

Communication. Team building. Explaining expectations

Everything safety updating equipment stop taking on so much work without having equipment to manage the work

Communication, and being honest. Management plays favorites. Makes bad diagnoses. Argues with mechanics. Plays favorites. And are all together not competent.

Mistreatment of the workers and generally speaking everything

Anything that would better everyone

Stop showing favoritism, know your job and do your job. Dont put responsibility on your drivers to do your job when they often work through lunch just to finish their route . Encourage employees to use their benefits instaed of telling them they cant !!!
