getting employee bonus instead of the CEO giving himself a 30 million dollar bonus in a single year
Becuse the amount of work i do i need to be paid better
In general we are all undervalued despite the amount of revenue we make this company. I'd feel better compensated if I didn't have to rely on help from food banks and other out reach programs just to survive and be able to pay rent.
Better benefits and investments opportunities
How bout just valuing safety in our workplace
Better pay with shorter routes
Not fairly compensated by industry standards
Tired of doing everyones work
We make way less than waste management, eagle and Harders in my area. New employees that started after sale make over $2 more per hour than me. I feel a raise equal or higher would make things better.
Underpaid and over worked. Consistently work 13 hours 5 days a week. While managment goes home. And nothing is ever good enough.
Expected to work 12 hours and often more , each day. The Company does not give raises but small yearly bonuses. Other Comoanies start employees out at $3 to $5 more per hour.
