Safety needs improvement in a major way
Everything. There needs to be more of an understanding.
Better trucks !!! Current trucks are old , dumpsters are old and rusted out so drivers often receive littering tickets for trash blowing out. Trucks are slow and always breaking down . Some are actually unsafe.
Better management, plain and simple
