What are some of the best things about your team?
The shop team gets along very well , I work second shift and try not to get involved with first shift or operations because theybare very negative and rude. I dont want to be retailated on for speakkng up, but I wanted to walk away from work yesterday. The GM yelled at us in front of the contractors

The team know what to do at all times
Just the guys I work with. Everyone there going through just about the same thing so we keep each other lifted up
from stock work very hard
a hand in hand understanding and teamwork.
My team is hard working, but are being tooken advantage of, if they refuse to do a job thats illegal they get threatened with being fired by [email protected]

Everyone is willing to help
There isn't anything that stands out we lack a good leadership and moral is down throughout our team
We work as a unit and do our best to keep each other safe. We all do our best work to keep repete business. But despite our besy efforts are given pennies in comparison to the profit we generate through our labor.
We do our best to get it done.

All new hires were moved up which makes the two companies that are now one resent each other

Stick to improving employee morality and not complain about others and other departments.
GET BETTER WORKERS AND PAY THEM PROPERLY
More experience they hired people with less experience than me and paid them more.
