Get rid of them because what theyre doing is illegal 100%. Guys dont even have H endorsments and they still have them doing hazardous jobs.

Becuse the amount of work i do i need to be paid better
In general we are all undervalued despite the amount of revenue we make this company. I'd feel better compensated if I didn't have to rely on help from food banks and other out reach programs just to survive and be able to pay rent.

The shop team gets along very well , I work second shift and try not to get involved with first shift or operations because theybare very negative and rude. I dont want to be retailated on for speakkng up, but I wanted to walk away from work yesterday. The GM yelled at us in front of the contractors

Pricing, the corporate level of billing, how it is too micromanaged on a level that does not understand satellite offices.
It starts at the top. Managers need to be selected from a better process, not based on who they are friends with.
