they need to show up and speak to drivers and real empoyees. The managers will always lie to them and cover up safety issues.

Communication they need to pay more and move more respectful to the employees

Managment there is none some people work 60 hours a week and aome that work 30 hours a week and domt hlep anyone else and some people would like to go home ans see their family too

managing the business..... not catering to there select friends.. rules apply to some not all..... strive for efficiency! it's not rocket science

Get rid of them because what theyre doing is illegal 100%. Guys dont even have H endorsments and they still have them doing hazardous jobs.

getting employee bonus instead of the CEO giving himself a 30 million dollar bonus in a single year

Becuse the amount of work i do i need to be paid better

In general we are all undervalued despite the amount of revenue we make this company. I'd feel better compensated if I didn't have to rely on help from food banks and other out reach programs just to survive and be able to pay rent.

The shop team gets along very well , I work second shift and try not to get involved with first shift or operations because theybare very negative and rude. I dont want to be retailated on for speakkng up, but I wanted to walk away from work yesterday. The GM yelled at us in front of the contractors

Just the guys I work with. Everyone there going through just about the same thing so we keep each other lifted up

Having a possitive attitude towards our customers and coworker is what makes me happy, and how it reflects on the service and the company i represent and work for... if a customer is happy with the service then ive done my job, if a coworker i see is struggleing i will stop and give them a hand

Pricing, the corporate level of billing, how it is too micromanaged on a level that does not understand satellite offices.

It starts at the top. Managers need to be selected from a better process, not based on who they are friends with.
