i have a coworker out because he is injured and will be out until next year maybe more. I am a BMH, expected to do 12 hour shifts for 5 days and have 2 days off two recover from basic math alone i am expected to work 240 hours a month. I have to constantly complain to acquire help for maybe a day.

a understanding of staffing thee workload that's expected most days are too much for 1 person
