The pay is absolutely too low. The benefits are very poor unless you are in management. Managers will lie to you about usung your benefits instead of trying to help you use and understand them. They frequently take your vacation days for any absence that you might have . Forget promotions .

The drivers work hard and strive to complete their routes, even skipping their lunch breaks often.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop being so picky and choose someone based on their experience instead of asking questions that do not pertain to the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Mannagement does not care about the customers , only production and making themselves look good for future bonuses and raises. They iften skip customers and eventually lose them to another company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Expected to work 12 hours and often more , each day. The Company does not give raises but small yearly bonuses. Other Comoanies start employees out at $3 to $5 more per hour.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better trucks !!! Current trucks are old , dumpsters are old and rusted out so drivers often receive littering tickets for trash blowing out. Trucks are slow and always breaking down . Some are actually unsafe.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop showing favoritism, know your job and do your job. Dont put responsibility on your drivers to do your job when they often work through lunch just to finish their route . Encourage employees to use their benefits instaed of telling them they cant !!!
