They let us run our routes, within reason, how we want to and with almost no micromanagement or supervision.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managment there is none some people work 60 hours a week and aome that work 30 hours a week and domt hlep anyone else and some people would like to go home ans see their family too

Get rid of them because what theyre doing is illegal 100%. Guys dont even have H endorsments and they still have them doing hazardous jobs.
