GFL Environmental – Many times they don't take the trash. My neighbor had the same problem with GFL. In my case, within 3 months, there were 4 times trash remained in the trash can in front of my house for 2 weeks. Called customer service to complain but received false promises. I just canceled the service.

What can this brand most improve?

very bad service , they forget to pick up your trash, the custumer service lie to you. horrible company.

The pay is absolutely too low. The benefits are very poor unless you are in management. Managers will lie to you about usung your benefits instead of trying to help you use and understand them. They frequently take your vacation days for any absence that you might have . Forget promotions .

Driver pay is 17 an hour. 50k bring home. Helper pay is 13 an hour. 30k bring home. Everyone else on average makes 115k a year in a office of some sort. But the drivers and helpers are out in the elements 12 hours a day. Cameras that have AI and watch every move you make in side the truck and out.
