It's a neat job but pay is really lacking for what you need to do, this causes most people to become apathic towards the job making it harder on people who do care.

Most care about the store and each other and this makes the job a lot better but doesn't outweigh pay

Yes, I know the job itself does have commission which may be great in areas where sells are normally high however most of the time it seems to be lackluster and honestly can be random at times and doesn't help if you need to sell at least 4000 grand a day
