The way we're doing scheduling is so messed up I've been doing makeups for students that don't deserve makeups I'm tired of this happening over and over again I wish this could be fixed.

They work hard to do what they can do with what very little they've been given to work with. If the team was given more resources to help with these problems it would not be an issue

My store has been without a manager since September. So many lessons have been dropped by the wayside because of this. I've had a few times where multiple students have shown up at the same lesson time. I would like for students to understand when and when they cannot make up missed lessons.
