
The office needs to treat the field with respect. Furthermore the leadership needs to change. Literally everything in the company is managed through negative reinforcement. There is a culture of call out. The people at the office protect themselves by blaming the store fire their poor decisions.

The office views the company from the wrong direction. They need to start with what is best for the customers, then what is best for the sales people, then what is best for the store leadership and go out from there. Instead they force their corporate agenda on everyone in the stores.
