Low cost. However, I am disappointed that a full "pay period" of benefits was deducted from my first paycheck, even though I only worked one week. I was told this is "procedure" to take a full pay period's deductions, but it is unfair. By this reasoning, I should have gotten paid a full pay period.

As a sales team, my compensation package is great compared to other companies. I appreciate the insurance, retirement, and other offerings that smaller companies don't offer.

Took on this role when salaries were not where the market was for others. It is not that I feel undervalued but know that other companies pay higher. But money is not everything and what I get from the company and my team in other ways outweighs that. And makes me happy

Corp keeps adding more fees and such to the merchant base, but has decided not to increase our wages this year. Also the insurance has gone up with a number of issues that have to retro fixed. HR seems to have issues getting payroll correct so far this year.

The rate of pay is not in alignment with other businesses in same field. The responsibilities seem to outweigh the benefits. This year our benefits (insurance) rates increases and also added charges that were not in our previous plan and the benefits themself are not as good.

We are losing all of our great people to bad companies that pay more. The company is making money, share the wealth. I have had a 1. 2% increase in the last 3 years. I don't want to have to work two jobs during the holidays.

I work weekends when I am busy. I have a heavy work load that is not equally shared. they know I can handle the work, so I get stuck doing it. I know how much money I help make for this company, yet bonuses were taken away nor do I receive the laughable spot bonuses in lieu of my previous bonus.

A living base for the sales team instead of less than minimum wages and requirement to carry an AR Balance which they take back out of your commissions.

We deserve more pay. We are treated like common customer service representatives but our technical knowledge is very high. Similar tech support reps in our industry make almost twice as much and our insurance is outrageous
