What are some of the best things about your team?I really enjoyed the team I was on and getting the opportunity to help other teams to learn more about the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Leadership teams were kind of a crapshoot. Some supervisors and managers were absolutely amazing. Others rarely did their jobs and would pass the buck to someone else. Upper management in the office felt like a boys club and if you didn't fit in, you didn't go far.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We used to be Heartland. That meant something. The name stood for something. Global has taken it all away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They care more about numbers in sales despite our service going down due to high work load.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Quantity over quality, clients aren't valued, little support, no guidance, poor communication, no training. All of which need to be reversed completely.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being supportive, valuing quality over quantity rather than the reverse, training, setting realistic expectations.
