Being supportive, valuing quality over quantity rather than the reverse, training, setting realistic expectations.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Getting more employees on our Teams.

Review from Product Dept

truly caring about employees and customers

Review from Sales Dept

There should be more diversity in leadership here. Compensation is great, but culture is lacking.

Review from Sales Dept

Holding people accountable for failing to do their day to day jobs.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

They care more about numbers in sales despite our service going down due to high work load.

fight to get better deductions on the benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

Took on this role when salaries were not where the market was for others. It is not that I feel undervalued but know that other companies pay higher. But money is not everything and what I get from the company and my team in other ways outweighs that. And makes me happy

Review from Operations Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

The coworkers at my peer level are very negative overall. They do not share the same values as me, nor are they invested in the company, its initiatives, and where we are headed in the future.

Review from Operations Dept

There isn't any issues with my coworkers, I'm just not concerned with interacting with them daily.

Review from Sales Dept

I would love to see all areas of the business collaborate with each other to identify and resolve complex issues cross departments.

Review from Operations Dept

Too many politics and cutting out of deals. ROE not upheld.

Review from Sales Dept

All of my coworkers are lazy, refuse to work, and are never held accountable for their lack of contributions.

Review from Customer Support Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

They’re dumb to be recognition for experience and contribution to the team outside of just the immediate gratification of margin. There also is no clear path for remote sales peopleTo matricula

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Quantity over quality, clients aren't valued, little support, no guidance, poor communication, no training. All of which need to be reversed completely.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communication from upper corporate management is sugar coated. Too worried about shareholders perception. This world is a crazy right now and we are moving forward saying "we know this happened, but lets forget about it and move on". Decisions/pricing/service are not handled the right way.

Review from Customer Success Dept

understaffed need to hire more quality people

Review from Customer Support Dept

quit adding things into merchant statement that they do not like.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Employee morale of our payroll specialists is very low in conjunction with negative attitudes. Some days I dread coming in because I feel like this is the day that some of my subordinates will give up and make work more difficult for me and their peers.
