Low cost. However, I am disappointed that a full "pay period" of benefits was deducted from my first paycheck, even though I only worked one week. I was told this is "procedure" to take a full pay period's deductions, but it is unfair. By this reasoning, I should have gotten paid a full pay period.

Corp keeps adding more fees and such to the merchant base, but has decided not to increase our wages this year. Also the insurance has gone up with a number of issues that have to retro fixed. HR seems to have issues getting payroll correct so far this year.

The rate of pay is not in alignment with other businesses in same field. The responsibilities seem to outweigh the benefits. This year our benefits (insurance) rates increases and also added charges that were not in our previous plan and the benefits themself are not as good.

I work weekends when I am busy. I have a heavy work load that is not equally shared. they know I can handle the work, so I get stuck doing it. I know how much money I help make for this company, yet bonuses were taken away nor do I receive the laughable spot bonuses in lieu of my previous bonus.
