Its okay! i just dont understand why managers get a full 8 shift somtimes they work on shipment. While is employess handle the registers/ sales floor. They get paid more but they focus on things that atent as imporatnt in the moment.

I feel that im indervalue because sometimes managers oush their tasks to us, or we deal more with the people. Whioe they fix maniquines or work on shipment when they get paid more. So they should be doing more.
