Yearly bonus and raise. You only get the max amount if you exceeded expectations in your metrics. If you met expectations, you still get a eaise and bonus but its not as much.

Its all amazing! My hourly pay- by the way i just received a promotion after working my first season! The retirement plan, which is easy to withdraw from. Last but not least the BIG end of season BONUS!! Hello who doesnt like extra money?!

I am only part time. However, from day 1 you are enrolled into their 401K program. I also have access to the employee stock program. All of which I take advantage of.
