The company is so very outdated and needs to update just about everything. Very old building just terrible. They would have to renovate.

I am not sure it can improve. Pay needs to be increased. Allow people to work full time to earn a living. Retain management that has experience instead of overworking them until they quit.

I said it once...and I'll say it again... They have absolutely no appreciation for employees.... At least if they did something like that... That could help them in good place which would help the customers... Which in turn would help in the success of the company.

It gets repetitive after a while. And it's not exactly a long-term thing. I can't imagine anyone wanting to work there their own lives. Maybe to get started in your life but other than that...no, I think I'll pass.

Standing for eight hours straight is entirely unecessary. Any cashier should be allowed to have a stool to sit on, and if the store is clean, sales associates should be allowed to relax without having to run themselves ragged looking for anything to do.

We are always given more tasks than time allows. The amount of individuals who are put in a department are either too much, or not enough. Employees don't care, or are allowed to get away with not doing their jobs.
